A Web Desginer is a talented artist and UI designer who designs websites that improves players’ usability to efficiently navigate and enjoy in highly energy packed game rooms. Utilizing skills in HTML, CSS and Javascript, the goal is to make user centric websites. Sample works may include player websites, player game UI, marketing and admin console.
Experience developing gaming websites or web 2.0 websites is definitely a plus but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Spend time in designing impeccable websites and game UI
- Assist the development process from design to completion
- Work hands-on in the development of web applications (HTML/XML/CSS/Flash)
- To design websites and ensure that they are visually effective and easy to access
- Working closely with gaming clients to come up with customer centric websites and game UI
- Mentor, guide and train junior team members. (Depending on the seniority)
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Web designing experience.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, Corel Draw
- Experience with JQuery or ExtJS or Dojo would be an added advantage.
- Track record of "getting things done."
